The week, as you know it

"I'm in Toronto and Dad is in Pune. The attendant, the physio and my brother each do part of the week, and I hold it together on voice notes. If I don't ask whether the tablets were refilled, nobody checks. If I ask too often, my brother stops replying."

Whether you live two streets away or two continents away, one person usually carries the whole week in their head.

What changes

Each person who helps is told their step when it's their turn. Ramesh is told when the medicine stock is due, the physio when it's her session, your brother when the refills need ordering. You see "done" instead of asking.
Nobody installs anything. Each opens one link, sent by email or to their mobile, or one you share from your own phone. They type a 6-digit code and see only the week they were added to.
Everyone sees the week in their own time. Each person has their own time zone and quiet hours. The week's notes and photos of the diary page stay in the Shared journal, so a call can be about Dad, not about the list.

The ready-made: Mum and Dad's week

Twelve steps that start every Monday morning: check the medicine stock, order and receive refills, the week's readings, physio, bills, the weekly call, a doctor's follow-up if a reading is off, and the week written in the Shared journal.

Also ready: Running the home this week and Home: monthly bills and upkeep.

What it is not

It reminds; it does not watch. There is no location, no clock-in and no tracking of the people who help. It does not know whether a tablet was taken, only whether someone ticked done. It is not an emergency line: in an emergency, phone. Screens are in English, though steps can be written in any words your helpers know.
