Someone shared something with you.
What the link is
Someone you work with put your name on a task, a step or a list in RunOps Digital, and sent you a link to it. It came by email, by WhatsApp to your mobile, from their own phone, or as a QR code they showed you. The link starts with runops.digital/i/.
What you need
The link, and the email address or mobile number it was sent to. Or Telegram, if you use it. No app, no password.
What happens when you open it
- The page says who shared what with you.
- You choose how to check it's you: a 6-digit code by email, a code by WhatsApp, or Telegram. The code works once, for 10 minutes.
- You see what was shared with you, and nothing else of theirs.
What you can do there
Answer "On it" or "Can't do it" (with a reason, if you like), add a comment or a photo, and tick done. The person who asked is told.
How you will hear about it later
In the app, in Telegram if you use it, or by email. By WhatsApp only when none of those reaches you: a few messages a day at most, never in your quiet hours. You can switch WhatsApp off, and set your quiet hours, in Me → Notifications.
What it costs you
Nothing. RunOps is free for everyone during the Preview.
Not expecting it?
Ask the person who sent it. If something looks wrong, write to system@mylinchpin.tech.
