Terms of Service

These terms (Terms) apply to your use of RunOps Digital: the web application at https://runops.digital, its Telegram bot, and the messages it sends by email, Telegram and WhatsApp (together, the Application). The Application is provided by LINCHPIN DATATECH PRIVATE LIMITED (we, us). By using or otherwise accessing the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
THE APPLICATION
The Application helps you and the people you work with keep track of tasks and recurring lists of steps, and tells each person when it is their turn. It is offered as RunOps Preview: it is still being built, and features may change, be added or be removed at any time.
YOUR ACCOUNT
You join the Application by invitation and sign in with Telegram or with a one-time code sent to your email address or mobile number. Keep access to your email, phone and Telegram account secure; you are responsible for what is done through your account. Tell us at once if you believe someone else has used it.
YOUR CONTENT
The tasks, notes, voice notes, files and comments you add (Your Content) remain yours. You allow us to store, process and display Your Content, and to send the messages you ask the Application to send, only as needed to provide the Application to you and to the people you share it with. You are responsible for Your Content and for having the right to share it.
INVITING OTHER PEOPLE
When you share something with another person, or ask the Application to message them, you confirm that you have their contact details lawfully and a genuine reason to work with them. Do not use the Application to send unsolicited or bulk messages.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You must not use the Application to break the law; to harass, threaten or deceive anyone; to send spam; to upload malicious software; to gain access to accounts or data that are not yours; or to disrupt, overload or copy the Application. We may remove content or suspend access that breaks these rules.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Application uses services provided by others, including Telegram, WhatsApp (Meta Platforms), email delivery and AI providers. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or conduct.
FEES
RunOps Preview is free. If we introduce charges, we will tell you before they apply, and you will not be charged unless you agree.
AVAILABILITY
We aim to keep the Application available and your data safe, but we do not promise that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at any particular time. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
ENDING YOUR USE
You may stop using the Application at any time and ask us to delete your data as described in our Privacy Statement. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, or if we stop offering the Application, giving you reasonable notice where we can.
DISCLAIMER AND LIABILITY
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, LINCHPIN DATATECH PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or business, arising from your use of the Application, and its total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Application in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version at this address and change the date above. If you keep using the Application after a change, the updated Terms apply.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
