What it is
One teaching week, start to finish: timetable, notes, daily questions, the weekend test and the doubt hour. Starts every Sunday evening.
Who it's for: coaching teams and tutors who run their batches on Telegram.
The steps
Starts every Sunday at 18:00
- Post the week's timetable in the batch channel
- Upload Monday to Wednesday notes to the channel
- Send the day's question set at 7 pm
- Monday's set
- Tuesday's set
- Wednesday's set
- Thursday's set
- Friday's set
- Send the weekend test paper to the coordinator
- Print and dispatch hard copies for the offline batch
- Run the doubt hour; note unresolved doubts in the journal
- Hold the answer-key session; post the recording link
- Check the week; write the weekly note for the director
- Read the weekly note
What the other person gets
Put a name, an email address or a mobile number on a step. That person is told when it's their turn: by email, or by WhatsApp if you gave a mobile number, or in Telegram if they use it, or from a link or QR code you share yourself. They open it in any browser, type a 6-digit code, and see this run and nothing else of yours. They install nothing and pay nothing.
Make it yours
On the start form you choose the people and the start date. Once it is running, every step in your run is yours to change; the ready-made itself stays as it is.
