What it is

One order from purchase order to delivery: material, build, outside process, inspection, packing, courier and invoice. The supplier and the courier do their step from a link.

Who it's for: job shops, workshops and anyone who makes to order.

The steps

Confirm quantity, drawing or artwork version and promised date; attach PO Sales· after 4 hours
Check material against the materials list; list shortfall Stores· on day 2
Confirm delivery date for the shortfall; attach the challan Material supplier· on day 4
Schedule and build the job; note the quantity made Production supervisor· on day 8
Process and return the parts; attach the return challan Outside process· on day 11
Inspect against the drawing or proof; pass or send back Quality check· on day 12
Pack and label; attach the packing list and photo Packing· on day 13
Pick up; post the docket number in a comment Courier· on day 14
Tell the buyer the docket number and delivery date Sales· on day 14

What the other person gets

Put a name, an email address or a mobile number on a step. That person is told when it's their turn: by email, or by WhatsApp if you gave a mobile number, or in Telegram if they use it, or from a link or QR code you share yourself. They open it in any browser, type a 6-digit code, and see this run and nothing else of yours. They install nothing and pay nothing.

On the start form you choose the people and the start date. Once it is running, every step in your run is yours to change; the ready-made itself stays as it is.
