The week, as you know it

"Every week I pin the plan, then chase the designer for the poster and the speaker for the slides. The admin group scrolls past, and nobody knows if the announcement went out or who is on duty tonight. If I'm away for a day, nothing moves."

Community admins, coaching teams, creator teams and shops that sell on Telegram all run on the same chat, and the chat forgets.

What changes

  • Send the bot a message and it becomes a task. Forward "Poster for Saturday's talk, Lena by Thursday" to the RunOps Digital bot, or say it in a voice note. It comes back as a task with a name and a day for you to confirm with one tap.
  • Each person is told their turn in Telegram. Their card arrives in a private chat with On it and Can't do it. When they tick done, the next person's card arrives. Nobody has to post "done?".
  • People outside Telegram still take part. The guest speaker or the printer gets one link by email or to their mobile, opens it in any browser and does their step. They join nothing. Everything is in the web app at runops.digital too, so the team can work there as well.

What it does not do

RunOps does not post to your channel, moderate, filter spam or count members. It tells people it is their turn, and the admin on duty posts. When Telegram is unreachable, the web app and email still work.
